- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP entrances, registration desks, and guest interaction zones
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are strictly followed
- Execute event setups including staging, décor, and signage placement
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff for seamless event operations
- Handle ticket scanning, credential verification, and access control
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event management
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25+ pounds
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
