- Handle budget tracking and expense reporting
- Implement post-event feedback collection and analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Availability for evening/weekend events (required)
- Knowledge of New Orleans venues and vendors (preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) a plus
