- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume ticket queues and maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on product features and troubleshooting best practices to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Reliable transportation is required to cover shifts.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
- Previous customer service or IT support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
