- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers in high-pressure situations.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
