Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to clients in the United States.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices efficiently.
- Manage and update customer support tickets in our CRM system with accuracy and speed.
- Educate clients on best practices for using our software products to prevent future issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers while keeping the client informed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
