Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the management team.
- Support special events and promotions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University, or possess a High School Diploma/GED.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
