Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-energy restaurant/bar settings
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following safety protocols
- Manage POS systems and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening/weekend hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and menu updates
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Current student enrollment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
