Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations and cash handling procedures with 100% accuracy.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and process incoming stock orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
