Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and credit card payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
