Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening/weekend hours
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for shift activities

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency and tech-savviness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality essential
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
