Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Work rotating evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekend shifts to meet business demands.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
