Responsibilities
- Delight customers with personalized service during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Stock shelves and visually arrange merchandise according to brand standards
- Operate POS systems and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
- Support visual merchandising displays during peak weekend traffic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Valid CA driver's license (if driving required)
