Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments according to planograms and visual standards
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory control
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory scanning systems efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store readiness
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
- Previous retail stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate handheld scanning devices
