As a key member of our team, you will help create memorable shopping experiences for our community while enjoying the benefits of evening and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Store Operations: Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during busy periods and contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and organization to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
