Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks during quiet evening hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend rushes
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to maintain store standards
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Participate in evening inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4-11 PM) and weekend schedules
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during busy weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation to evening/weekend shifts
