Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during peak hours.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
