Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening (4 PM - 9 PM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor
- Stock merchandise and execute visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold brand standards and store cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 20-25 hours/week (evenings & weekends)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
