Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings (4pm-10pm) and weekend shifts
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Central Plaza location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
