Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional product knowledge and personalized shopping assistance during evening and weekend shifts
- Execute efficient inventory management, stock rotation, and visual merchandising to maintain premium store standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend traffic
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Support loss prevention protocols by monitoring sales floor and securing merchandise
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Gaslamp Quarter location
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- 18+ years of age (required for evening shift compliance)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
