Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise standards
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards and store cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Santana Row location
