Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours
- Assist with product selection, fitting rooms, and checkout processes
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain store appearance
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Participate in seasonal merchandising and visual standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to/from store location
