Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
- Stock shelves and displays with precision according to store layouts and planograms
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom areas throughout shift
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning shifts (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
