Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and tagging new products
- Contribute to a clean and safe shopping environment by following sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Adhere to company policies while representing the City Retail Group brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation to French Market Street location
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
