Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS system efficiently for transactions, returns, and inventory management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Process shipments, stock shelves, and conduct regular inventory counts
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings (4pm-10pm) and weekends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology

- Must be at least 18 years old
