Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per company standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout all store areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in evening and weekend shift rotations as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to Tampa area locations
