Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Organize and rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Assist in store operations during peak evening and weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold our brand reputation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
