Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Stock, organize, and merchandise sales floor according to visual standards
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, inviting store environment
- Support store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
