Our London flagship store in the West End requires dedicated individuals to cover evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM). You’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find perfect items while maintaining a visually stunning retail space.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments securely
- Merchandise, restock, and maintain visual standards to ensure displays are appealing and organized
- Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and store security procedures
- Support store opening/closing duties during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work evenings (minimum 3 shifts/week) and weekends (both days required)
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift-based work
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
