Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening and weekend hours.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process transactions, data entry, and maintain accurate customer records in our management systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during shift handovers.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, or schedule coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
