Responsibilities
- Execute nightly inventory management and quality control protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional operations during weekend peak hours
- Resolve urgent client inquiries and technical escalations
- Generate real-time performance reports for leadership review
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
- Train and mentor new evening shift team members
- Optimize workflow processes during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years experience in logistics or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Availability for 3+ weekend shifts monthly
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Background check and drug screen required
