Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries and product selection in a professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends (e.g., Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
