Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during evening and weekend operations
- Manage reservations, seating, and payment transactions accurately
- Ensure immaculate venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak service hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Execute opening/closing procedures for assigned areas
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid work authorization
- Flexible availability for evenings (4PM-12AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
