Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive care during evening and weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless patient transitions
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or caregiving experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4PM-12AM) and weekends
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Background check and drug screening clearance
