Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening/weekend shifts
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications using CRM systems
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
