Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining a warm, welcoming presence
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on weekends and at least 3 evenings/week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
