This role offers 20-25 hours weekly with consistent weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and weekday evenings (5-10 PM). No experience required—just enthusiasm and a commitment to hospitality. We provide comprehensive training on our specialty brewing methods and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak evening/weekend hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and seating areas
- Process cash/credit transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations during rushes
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (5-10 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
