Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising

- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management

Qualifications

- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
