Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist with merchandise stocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Operate retail equipment including scanners, price guns, and packaging tools
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Support store closing procedures including securing premises and cash management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) with weekend flexibility
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
