Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions about products and services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing merchandise for upcoming sales.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges courteously and in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-energy atmosphere during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
