Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently during evening and weekend hours.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and balancing registers.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and organization of sales floors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote special promotions or loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the Charlotte location.
