Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and payment transactions efficiently
- Prepare and maintain service areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass background check and drug screening
