Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash accountability
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following quality and safety standards
- Operate during peak evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 PM) and weekend schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality/retail experience preferred but not required
