Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets efficiently during evening hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients across the US.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a high degree of accuracy.
- Document all interactions and solutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and technical procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in IT is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote).
