In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients after hours, ensuring seamless technical resolutions and maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Provide clear, patient, and professional technical guidance to non-technical clients.
- Document all support tickets, solutions, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of ongoing technical cases.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Must be available to work evenings (shift times vary but typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during unsupervised shifts.
