As an Evening Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service during our peak operational hours. You will work in a supportive, remote-friendly environment where your contributions directly impact our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote clients via secure remote desktop tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new users during shift handovers.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
