Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients with password resets, account access, and network connectivity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and office software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Reliable internet connection is essential for remote troubleshooting tasks.
- Willingness to obtain relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
