Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service via phone and email during evening and weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for a diverse client base with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the shift team to share knowledge and improve support processes.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping clients informed.
- Ensure all communication adheres to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a significant advantage.
