Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our facility.
- Operations Support: Perform essential operational tasks, including inventory management, data entry, and processing transactions accurately.
- Shift Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the evening shift.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
