Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all labeling and packaging are correct before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with the team lead and resolve any discrepancies in the order queue.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
