Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all customers and assist them with their needs in a friendly manner.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions with strict accountability.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
- Customer Support: Answer product inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean and organized throughout your shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using handheld devices.
